BRAND WARRANTY
BRITISH WALKERS offers a 30-day Warranty on Footwear and Accessories. Warranty can be claimed under the following conditions within 30-Days from date of receipt of product.
1. Footwear
- Damaged/Discoloured Upper Material
- Broken/Damaged Sole or Insole
2. Accessories
- Damaged/Discoloured Upper Material
- Damaged Stitching
Note:
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Cancellation of an order (Card/Net Banking/UPI/COD) must be done within 24-hours of purchase (strongly recommend).
2. You can cancel by going to your “My Orders” page and clicking on the “Cancel” button against your order.
3. A 100% Refund of Order Amount will be issued against Cancellation to the Card/Bank/UPI account within 5 to 7 business days.
Note: Failure to cancel within 24-hours of placing an order means the product will have been despatched and cannot be recalled.
SHIPPING POLICY
1. We provide Free Shipping for Card/Net Banking/UPI/COD purchases of INR 500 and above.
2. Any purchase below INR 500 (0 to 499) will be subject to a Convenience Fee of INR 49 per order.
3. A Convenience Fee is the extra amount that the Courier Company charges for delivering goods to your doorstep.
4. Shipping and Delivery of products will take 7 to 10 working days from date of order/purchase. Please discount National holidays and Weekends (Saturday/Sunday).
Note: In case of Return and Refund against damaged products, this Convenience Fee will NOT be refunded.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. You can claim a refund within 15-days from receipt of product.
2. Once we receive the return request, we will schedule a reverse pick-up of the product. The pick-up process will be completed within 10 business days.
3. Product(s) should be unused and returned in resalable condition in the original box with shoe tags attached.
4. Product(s) with dirty sole, footprints, any other visible signs of usage will not be accepted for return.
5. After we receive the product at our end, we will process your refund within 5 - 7 business days.
Note:
- Return requests exceeding 15 days will not be entertained unless issues comply with those covered under Warranty.
- Damaged products will not be replaced with new products.
- No complaints regarding refund against ONLINE Purchases will be entertained at BRITISH WALKERS stores unless explicitly conveyed by BRITISH WALKERS Consumer Care.
